KGF Moving Services were exceptional to work with and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat if my move wasn't out of state. Dennis and Nick were timely, communicative, professional, personable, and worked incredibly hard. They helped move our house items into our UHaul and I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. It was a miserable, humid, sticky day and we were all done by the end of it - but their attitudes remained positive, their pace never slowed, and were really great at getting everything to fit. We were even able to add an hour to our agreement when we ran out of scheduled/paid time. It was super easy and both Dennis and Nick were great about it. As a bonus, I'm writing this after we got our truck to our new place and everything made it safely. Nothing shifted or broke - a testament to their truck packing skills! I highly recommend them both and the company as a whole. As a side note, it was also very easy to schedule a time through Billy and he was flexible when our truck wasn't ready at the time we thought it would be.

We had a very small moving job but they were more than willing to do it. I was quoted a fair price, workers came during the time allotment, were courteous & efficient and took care of our job. I would definitely use them again.

Thank you, Billy! I give you Google 5 Stars for your listening skills, understanding, and being patient while I had to make sure my Fiance' thought he was helping me make a business decision 😉! Because of your listening skills of what I actually needed help loading onto the truck and explaining your process, helped me decide on your company immediately even though I had better 4 hour quotes. I may have gone with the other companies 4 hour quotes, but you listened to ME! Now, I can organize things properly and make everyone EFFICIENT! Please pass this email on to whoever needs to know that I chose your company over the other 2 quotes because of your Customer Service Skills!

While moving can be a stressful event, it wasn't at all the case with KGF Moving Services LLC. From start to finish, Billy and his team handled our move with compassion, kindness and integrity. They were diligent in answering all of our questions and ensured that our belongings were delivered safe and sound. We would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

Billy was awesome when I first called he spoke with me and gave me all my options ! He was kind and reached back out to me to see if I still needed them! He even made last minute adjustments if I needed them! I had Tyrone and Bishop do my move and these men were AWESOME to say the least! They paid attention to detail and moved my things with excellence and diligence! They even asked me how I wanted things stored so things didn’t get buried in the storage unit! They made this process so easy and stress free for me! Thank you Billy, Tyrone, and Bishop ! Thank you KGF , God bless your company , I pray yall continue to prosper! Will be booking again when I get my new place !!!!!!!!

From the initial contact with Billy I felt that I was the number one priority, and through my process to figure out my plan he stayed with me patiently until we came to a final agreement. First impression is key to the representation of the service you provide. The guys were absolutely amazing. It made all the difference in how I managed to organize everything. I had a wonderful experience with this moving company, and Billy and Anthony did an amazing job. They were extremely professional, patient, and respectful of my belongings. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly while still working quickly and efficiently. I honestly thought I didn’t have enough space, but they packed everything perfectly and made it all work. They secured my items so carefully and made the whole process feel STRESS FREE. I also really liked that they are a Christian based company, and you can truly see that reflected in how they treat their customers. I truly appreciated their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. God Bless!
